These football fans celebrated with two ceremonies, breakfast for dinner and one crazy party.
Two ceremonies: The couple, who is Jewish, had a smaller, more intimate ceremony called a “bedeken” before the larger ceremony. It was at that ceremony that they signed their Jewish marriage license (ketubah) as well as their Canadian marriage licence.
Sporty honeymoon: Daniel’s aunts and uncles bought the couple tickets to a NFL football game in London, England to watch their favourite team, The Minnesota Vikings. As part of the gift, they also paid for a three-night stay in a beautiful London hotel. After London, Lindsay and Daniel also spent time in Portugal.
Lindsay’s planning advice: “Choose people and companies that you have a good relationship with. These people – the décor company, the photographer, the videographer, the hair and makeup stylists – are going to be with you all day on your wedding day. It’s not only important that they are good at what they do, but it’s also important to genuinely like them as people. It will help to make your day more enjoyable and stress-free!”
Breakfast buffet: Lindsay and Daniel love breakfast! At midnight, there was a buffet of waffles, pancakes, turkey bacon, hash browns and an ice cream sundae station.
